Before the treatment starts, Dr. Samadian will take a 3D cone beam CT scan that shows all the roots and canals of the tooth and it exactly shows if the root canal is affected or not. During a root canal treatment, Dr. Amin Samadian will remove the infected pulp from your tooth. Next, he’ll thoroughly clean and disinfect its inside. Once he’s removed all of the infection, he will use a rubber-like material to fill the open area. Lastly, Dr. Amin Samadian will restore your tooth with a crown or filling which is done the same day, using his onsite digital dental lab.
Many patients worry that endodontic treatment will be a very painful procedure. Since Dr. Amin Samadian will use a series of numbing and anesthesia medication and gentle tools, you’ll likely find the procedure to nearly pain-free.
